This is the last time for The Horse Smoke Out in Salisbury, North Carolina. It's put together by the staff at The Horse Backstreet Choppers Magazine. This is one of the coolest and fun events (and favorite) that we've attended over the past 4 years. The event brings the true bike gearheads with real machines. The people and friends you meet here are the type of people who would stop and help you out when you're stuck on the side of the road.

For 2 years we traveled to NC from Burlington, Vermont meeting up with friends along the way from New Hampshire, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and New York. Over the years we've generated a good posse to meet up, despite everyone's hectic work schedules. The past 2 years we traveled from Jacksonville, Florida to meet up with the same people from the Northeast.

Smoke Out 9 will be held at Farmington Dragway in Clemmons, North Carolina June 20 -22, 2008.
