  • This club needed a 2-piece patch set with an extra large center and bottom rocker and asked us to stitch their supplied design exactly as it was submitted. It was also over-sized and we have developed a method to accomplish creating a very large back patch.
  • This European client came to us with a sketch of the middle patch representing his city location near Transylvania and we delivered a final patch utilizing applique for the red tongue. For the rockers it seemed ideal to do a half bottom rocker to offset the length of the tongue. We suggested the lettering.
  • An Iron Thread exclusive patch set with a full top curve rocker and varying straight bottom patch.
  • An extra large one-piece back patch was necessary for this Canadian customer. They were going for a specific look of the gorilla and we wanted it to have some depth so we used varying colors and stitches.
  • This established club came to us with very detailed specifications and measurements to create the patch set. An extremely durable poly twill was used so the patches can endure much use.
  • Simplicity makes a big statement with this crews large patches. We provided multiple font options for them to make a final selection. Front tags were also made for club name, standard name tag, officer tags, etc.
  • The original design submitted for this center back patch needed some edits to create a final piece that was what they were looking for.
  • A club wanted to do this Japanese style skull with a large full arch top rocker. We assisted with some text choices to complete this prominent final appearance.
  • A detailed drawing on paper of the center artwork along with templates for the full curve rockers with their custom lettering was given to us to create this truly one-of-a-kind look. The engine details were duplicated exactly as drawn.
  • A west coast client came to us with an old style design to construct into one large back patch for their VC - Van Club. We sourced a special fabric he wanted specifically to achieve the look they wanted.
